Hi, I’m Kathryn. I’m a functional medicine practitioner (FDN-P, BCHHC, SAFM, BS) and former oil and gas engineer who specializes in helping women who want more out of their life - more energy, more vibrancy, more wealth, more health - heal the root causes of their chronic symptoms.
I’ve helped over 200 women (and their husbands) get their energy back through functional lab testing, nutrition, stress management, and supplements. I’ve interned for, mentored with, and worked alongside leading functional medicine providers where I’ve helped 100s more women and interpreted 100s more labs.
Despite all this experience and knowledge, I had 15 pounds of weight that just would not go away after having kids. I had done numerous gut, hormone, and liver protocols, had an incredibly clean and healthy and nutritious diet, did strength training and walked almost every day, but felt beyond frustrated in my lack of knowledge and ability to lose fat.
I used these principles on myself starting in January of 2025 and in 6 weeks lost 12 pounds. I am still pinching myself that I can fit into all my old clothes, can wear things that have always looked so bleh on me, and am having to buy new bikinis for this summer!
