Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Kathryn. I’m a functional medicine practitioner and former oil and gas engineer who helps women restore energy and support their health through education, structure, and sustainable systems.
I began my work in functional medicine through extensive lab testing and one-on-one coaching, interpreting hundreds of labs and supporting hundreds of women. That foundation now informs a more accessible approach focused on teaching women how to understand their bodies and apply what actually works in daily life.
Becker Health exists to offer an alternative to quick fixes and dismissive care, and to help women feel confident making informed decisions about their health.
